How to deal with responsibilities​ and not to forget about yourself

Having a lot of responsibilities is kind of new normal to all of us, but as you probably already know yourself it´s not a productive way to live your life. In fact, it´s only matter of time until physical or mental break down occures.

The Internet is filled with the stories of break downs and burn outs.

And, believe me, neither your family nor your career will blossom from you feeling stressed out or even worth, get a burn out.

So, it´s time to take action, become mindful of how you treat your body and mind. It´s time to announce to your family, yourself and entire world that you are going to dedicate at least fine minutes of your everyday time to yourself. what you are going to do during this time is up to you but make sure it´s something you can really enjoy, something that is only between you and you.

You can be in a room by yourself, focusing on just breathing in for a count of three and breathing out on a count of five.

So once you are in distress, you can do following:

1. Do the breathing exercise

2. Mediate

3. Listen to relaxing music

4. Do a full body stretch
